My name is Jiyul (30, Female) from South Korea, currently living and working in Sydney on a Working Holiday Visa.

I work in the hospitality industry, which means I have late-night shifts about twice a week. Because of my schedule, I need a household that is comfortable with quiet, late-night comings and goings. I am extremely mindful and quiet when arriving home late, no noise, no disruptions, just slipping in to rest!

Having lived in shared accommodations throughout high school and university, flat-sharing is second nature to me. I deeply respect personal boundaries, house quiet hours, and open communication.

* Clean & Tidy: I keep communal spaces spotless, clean up immediately after cooking, and take pride in maintaining hygienic shared areas.
* Peaceful Sanctuary: I love fitness and scuba diving on my days off, but I treat home as a calm space to unwind and recharge. Definitely not a party host.
* Friendly & Considerate: I value personal downtime, but I’m always happy to share a chat over coffee, a casual meal, or board game nights with housemates.

🏠 Accommodation Preferences
* Move-in Date: Around 12 October (second week of October)
* Stay Duration: 6 months+ (Long-term preferred)
* Preferred Areas: Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Paddington, Haymarket, or surrounding CBD fringe
* Room Type: Furnished private room (Ensuite preferred, open to shared bath)
* Budget: Up to $450/week (bills included) / reasonable market rate
