My name is Jiyul (30, Female) from South Korea. I’m arriving in Sydney on August 18th on a Working Holiday visa, planning to live, work, and explore Australia for the next couple years.

Back in Korea, I’ve been working as an English instructor, and I'm financially fully prepared for my transition to Sydney. I value a stable, well-balanced lifestyle and aim to settle into a new job shortly after arrival.

Having lived in dormitories during high school and university, shared living is second nature to me. I deeply understand the unspoken rules of living with others—respecting personal space, maintaining quiet hours, and keeping open, honest communication.

- Clean & Tidy: I naturally keep shared areas spotless. Cleaning up immediately after cooking and keeping bathroom spaces hygienic are standard habits for me.
- Active yet Peaceful: I love staying active with fitness and scuba diving on weekends. However, I view home strictly as a peaceful sanctuary to unwind and recharge. I do not host wild parties.
- Friendly & Respectful: While I value my own downtime, I’m always happy to share a warm chat over coffee, a casual dinner, or board game nights with housemates!

📌Preferred Accommodation Details
- Move-in Date: End of August (Flexibility around Aug 23rd)
- Stay Duration: 6 months+ (Long-term preferred)
- Budget: Up to $450/week inc. Bills or Reasonable market rate for a clean, furnished room (Ensuite preferred, but open to private rooms with shared bath)
- Locations: Surry hills, Darlinghusts, Leichhardt, Ashfield, Burwood, Inner West, or easy access to Public Transport / CBD
