Hello Everyone!

My name is Darrius, and I'm a 22-year-old student from Singapore. I'll be commencing my Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University in October and am currently looking for a room from 25 September 2026 onwards, ideally for 6–12 months, with the possibility of staying longer.

I'm ideally looking for accommodation in the Perth CBD or areas close to Curtin University and would prefer an ensuite, but I'm also open to other convenient locations or arrangements : ) .

I'm a clean, tidy, and respectful person who values a comfortable and well-maintained home. I'm easy-going, considerate, and believe that good communication and mutual respect make living together an enjoyable experience.

A little about me—I previously lived in Adelaide, South Australia, for three years while attending high school. I enjoy playing badminton and golf, and I'm an avid gym-goer. I'm friendly, outgoing, and often described as having a bubbly personality. I don't smoke or vape, I rarely drink or party, and I'm generally quiet and respectful of shared spaces. Lastly, I'm financially responsible and am able to pay my rent on time.
