We are responsible and tidy, with no previous complaints in previous households. We are both non-smokers. We can move and pay ASAP.
We are both full-time professionals, one currently up north doing FIFO and one working in the city full time. We’re quiet, tidy, and respectful tenants who take pride in maintaining a clean and well-looked-after home. We both enjoy playing tennis, going for runs and exploring the area for the next best brunch spot.
We have consistent incomes and can comfortably meet rental payments. We’re also happy to provide references from previous landlords and employers if required.
We lead a responsible lifestyle, don’t host large gatherings, and treat the properties we live in as if they were our own.
