Hi! I’m Nat, 36, a working professional in marketing looking for a quiet, peaceful place to call home from around September/October (happy to be a little flexible on timing).

I’m warm, friendly and very easy-going, but I also really value a calm home and my own space. Think: happy to have a chat and a cuppa, down for the occasional shared meal or a drink on the patio, but I’m not one for parties or a revolving door of guests. The odd mate over now and then, that’s about it. I tend to make my room my little sanctuary and keep to myself a fair bit, so I won’t be hogging the common areas (though I do love a good backyard or outdoor space!).

I’m clean, tidy and consistent with chores. Genuinely happy to sort out a cleaning roster or whatever arrangement works for the household. Open communication is important to me. I’d rather everyone feel comfortable raising things early than let stuff build up.

A bit about me: I’m into music, gaming, reading, art and keeping active (gym, hiking, that sort of thing). I keep fairly early hours. I’m an early-to-bed, early-to-rise type. I’m a smoker but strictly outside and respectful about it, never inside.

I’m genuinely low-maintenance and after a stable, longer-term home where everyone can come and go, do their own thing, and just coexist easily and respectfully.

Looking for: A quiet, respectful household. Totally comfortable with all walks of life. LGBTIQ+ friendly, 420-friendly, pets or no pets, all good with me. An ensuite or my own bathroom would be a big bonus (but not a dealbreaker).
