QiLong

Hi, I’m Qilong, an 18-year-old international student from China. I will be studying Civil Engineering at South Bank of Brisbane and now I am looking for a clean, comfortable and stable place to live in Brisbane.

I am respectful of other people’s privacy. I keep my room and shared areas clean, follow household rules and am happy to take part in a cleaning roster. I usually have a regular routine and spend most of my time studying, using my computer or working on personal projects.

A suitable computer setup is important to me, so I am looking for a room with enough space for a proper computer desk, monitor and chair. I use headphones and will keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.

I also enjoy cooking and will often prepare simple Chinese meals. I would prefer a home with a practical kitchen and reasonable fridge and storage space. I always clean the stove, bench, dishes and cooking equipment after use, and I am considerate when sharing the kitchen with others.

I am friendly and happy to chat or occasionally share meals, but I also respect personal space. I am looking for a calm household and would prefer a longer-term arrangement if the home is suitable.
