Jan and Aido

We are a married couple who love to be close to the surf. We are neat and tidy, non-smokers and live a chill fuss free life. We love to travel. When we're not working were either at the beach, volunteering in the community or chilling at home.
We don't have any pets and have made sunny coast our home for the last 5-6 years and would love to stay In the area.

We were recently overseas for an extended period of time as we had to care for my unwell mom. But now that she's passed away, we are back and looking for longer term rental.

We have references and past tenant ledger.
