Hey there! I'm a 38-year-old guy on a working holiday, currently on holiday but also a student. I would like a fun, warm and happy place to stay in Perth. I love camping and the outdoors. Socializing, keeping fit, and being social, LGBTQIA+ and spiritual, with a penchant for fun vibes in my home. Oh, and I'm a smoker with pet (well behaved Border Collie)but no kids. Moving to Perth for new adventures, able to cover 3 months rent upfront.

Don't mind a house party, or a quiet night in, very down to earth, like a good yarn and chat, but also time to myself, I know next to noone in Perth and would like to meet people and make new friends, appreciate people from all walks of life.
Budget inc bills no more then 350 per week.
I'm a great cleaner and won't be working full time, so I'm happy to trade chores for cheaper rent, this includes chores inside and out.
