Hello everyone, I'm Zac, 28yo from Singapore. I am looking for a room to rent starting from Sep 2026 onwards.

What I am looking for:
- Location within 20 mins drive to Darra
- Fully furnished private bedroom with private bathroom (does not have to be ensuite)
- Includes sheltered / garage parking
- All bills included (water, electricity, internet)
- Ideally open to short term rental (~3 months) with the option to extend

A little more about myself:
- Clean, tidy, respectful of others
- Dog trainer, so ok with pet-friendly homes!
- Open to chatting / chilling / exploring Brissy with flatmates, but at the same time also value and respect privacy and quiet hours
- Here on a WHV, open to homes with other WHV or student visa holders
