🌸 Looking for an all-woman sharehouse / granny flat / unit – East Metro

Hiyaaa! 😊 I’m looking for somewhere to move into around Vic Park, Cannington, Maddington, Thornlie or surrounding areas.

A little about me: I’m a recent undergrad graduate and work full-time. I’m quiet, respectful, clean and polite, and I’m looking for a friendly but relaxed place to call home. I’m also a creative person and enjoy my own hobbies and downtime. 😊

💰 Budget:
• Up to $300/week incl. bills for a room in an all-woman sharehouse
• Up to $400/week incl. bills for a granny flat or unit

📅 Move-in: Mid-September
🐱 Cat: I have a very sweet cat and ideally would love to have him come with me! He’s very friendly and well behaved.
🚗 I have a car, so parking would be a bonus!

I’m looking for a clean, respectful and comfortable home and would love to find somewhere long-term if it’s the right fit.
