Eve and Hannah

Hey there,

I am a 30-year-old female professional working as a Legal Project Manager in a law firm in the CBD. I'm from the UK but have been working full time in Sydney since November 2023.

My current lease in Bondi is coming to an end in October, and I am looking to move closer to the beach with my best friend Hannah. Hannah was also living in Sydney for 3 years but has spent the last 6 months at home in the UK, she is coming back to Sydney full time in September to start a new job in the charity sector.

We have been best friends since school and have already lived together for several years. We are very clean, tidy and respectful and are looking for a lovely place to call home and look after!
We will both mainly be working in the office and will be working from home 1 or 2 days a week. We love to go hiking nearby and spend the weekend making the most of Sydney. We like to stay active - I am a keen CrossFitter and Hannah loves to surf. Having been in Sydney for a few years we have lots of friends in Bondi and like to go out for dinners nearby.

We would love to look after your place and make it home for a while, ideally for at least 12 months but we can do shorter term for the right spot! Hannah and I are pictured adventuring in Tassie. Can be flexible with the exact move in date :)
