Hi! I’m Bee, 32, looking for a room around Scarborough, Osborne Park, North Perth or surrounding areas, ideally within a 20-minute drive of Scarborough/Hawthorn.

* Work: Trainee surf coach, massage therapist & hospitality
* Hours: Mostly mornings and late afternoons/evenings, 5 days a week
* Move-in: End of August / beginning of September
* Stay: Until at least February/March
* Budget: Up to $300/week, ideally bills included

I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going, but also social and keen to make friends. I’m looking for a quiet, independent home where we can have a chat or share the occasional meal, but are also happy doing our own thing.

Outside of work I’m pretty outdoorsy — surfing, swimming, running, walking and being in nature. I also love houseplants!

I’d ideally share with 1–2 other women, but I’m open to mixed houses too. I’m not a big party person and drink occasionally.

Bonus points for a dog,I’d happily help with walkies!
