My name is Dervla Nevin, I’m 30 years old and originally from Ireland. I’m a dedicated primary school teacher, currently working on a contracted basis in Villawood. I take great pride in my work and value having a stable and well-maintained home to come back to after a busy day at school.

My previous apartment was recently sold, which is the reason I’m now looking for a new home. I’ve really enjoyed living in the Eastern suburbs and am looking for somewhere I can settle into and make my home long-term.

I’m a responsible, tidy and respectful tenant who takes great care of the property I live in. I’m a non-smoker, have no pets, and am considerate of neighbours and the surrounding community.

I have all of my references and supporting documentation ready to submit, as well as the bond available. I’m more than happy to provide any further information required to support my application.

Outside of school, I enjoy keeping active by going swimming and to the gym, as well as getting out for walks. I also love meeting friends for a coffee, dinners and the occasional night out. Excited to find new housemates and form some new friendships!
