I am a new Australian Permanent Resident looking for a residential address and a humble abode. It is my first time in Australia and I am looking for a private room in a well-maintained property for a first few months. Tbh, at this moment, I do not have any idea about the exact length of my stay as it could change depending on several factors outside my control; however, I assure that you will get a peaceful, sensible, respectful, friendly, drama-free, and a sober flatmate.

Coming to my personal life, I am a single man from North India with deep roots into Hinduism. I'm a firm believer in the existence of God and it's mysterious ways of timing things in my life. Since I have a technical job profile with nearly 10 years of experience in IT, I believe that logic can be explained but not faith and my very existence depends on it. That being said, my likeability will totally depend on your attitude; you'll find me exactly how you treat me. Currently, I am undergoing a huge transition in my life and I'll appreciate every bit in making it easy for me and any act of kindness will not go unnoticed. One important thing, I am a teetotaler, non-smoker and like to socialise in a limited context coz most of my time goes into Yoga, spiritual meditation, studying for my professional certifications, tech related research work and cooking.

Talking about my current status, I am actively job hunting and expecting some luck with finding one soon.
