Hi! I’m a Master’s student at the University of Sydney looking for a nicely kept room in a clean, friendly household, ideally within a 20-minute walk of the university.

I’m looking for a long-term stay and hoping to move in from December.

Budget:
• Up to $350/week including bills for a standard room
• Up to $380/week including bills for an ensuite

I’m clean, responsible and respectful of shared spaces. I’m friendly and sociable and enjoy having a chat or occasionally hanging out with flatmates, but I also really value my own space and tend to be fairly busy with uni.

I’m ideally looking for a clean, relaxed and comfortable home with friendly flatmates rather than a party house.
