I'm flying across the ditch from Auckland, NZ to Sunshine Coast in September. I've landed a new job as an Engineering Consultant so looking for a place to stay.
Suburbs I'm looking at are: Maroochydore, Alexandra Headlands, Mooloolaba, Buddina, Buderim, Kuluin, Minyama, or anywhere close to Public Transport for me to easily get to work in Maroochydore.

About Me:
I'm in my late 20s. I'm an easy-going, ambiverted guy. I lead an active lifestyle, going gym, running and hiking. I also love watching sports so could be keen to watch some tests or footy with flatmates (if thats your thing). I won't have a car initially but may look to buying one later down the line. I don't smoke/vape and only drink in social settings.

About the Place:
I'm looking for a single room with a private bathroom in a shared space with similar aged and minded people. My budget is $350-450/wk, ideally with bills included. It would be nice to have a flat with a bit of social culture but no biggie.
