Hi! My name is Alan. I’m currently living in Perth and studying Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology at TAFE. I’m a friendly, respectful and responsible person, and I really value having a clean, quiet and comfortable place to live.
I work part-time while studying, and I’m financially responsible with my commitments. I’m also very tidy and take good care of the place where I live. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking and playing basketball.
I’m looking for a nice place that I can feel at home in and take care of as if it were my own. I’m respectful of other people’s privacy and space, and I’m always happy to communicate and keep a good relationship with housemates.
