Shan and Lee

Ok so I'm a 37yr old (turn 38 in November) Aussie Welsh female (never been to Wales or even left Australia 😂) and my partner is a 40yr old (turn 41 in February) Aussie English male (always lived in Australia). He has kids who he lives with in Forrestfield with his parents and brother also, but lives with me most of the time, and our 15yr old pug cross Widdles. I work as a furniture removalist offsider part time, cash in hand, so money is never an issue. Rent is always paid on time and always a week in front. Lee works doing fencing.
I have a 11yr old son called Jax who lives with my father while we don't have our own place, but I have Jax here and there on weekends etc, but he doesn't need his own room as he can share mine while we are renting a room. His a respectful, funny, smart, talented lil boy, who gets along with everyone.

Widdles, such a delightful beautiful little pug. Steals everybody's hearts, is house and toilet trained, and thinks his more of a human than a dog 😂 he is def an inside dog, and he turns 16 at the end of the year.

Me and Lee are not party people at all, but we do tend to drift of to sleep early hrs of the morning most days, but we are not loud what so ever so it's not an issue. We are very very clean and hate mess and clutter, and are very respectful where we live and who we live with.

We are hoping to move in asap, so a viewing in the next few days would be ideal.
