Kim and Dylan

Hey everyone! My partner Dylan and I are relocating from New Zealand to Perth in late October and are looking for a place North of the River with close proximity to the cbd and public transport, ideally with our own bathroom/ensuite (although this isn’t a deal breaker). We love the sanctuary of our home and are looking for an easy going space where we can relax and chill and also enjoy some time together as a group as well. We appreciate a clean and tidy space and are very respectful. We’re both laid back and love to explore, travel, and try new things - I play netball and go to the gym, and for walks etc and Dyl likes fishing, the beach and the outdoors! We will both be working full time most likely in the city (we are yet to secure jobs but can support ourselves until we do) and in the weekends will be spending time exploring Perth and the surrounding areas. We don’t have any pets but we both love animals and would love any pet like our own! I would love a space either with a pool and gym etc or somewhere in close proximity.
