Kim and Dylan

Hey everyone! My partner Dylan and I are relocating from NZ to Perth on the 26th of October and are looking for a room! (we open to securing a spot earlier or later for the right place).

We are looking for a place North of the River near the cbd or with easy access to the cbd - I have secured a job in Subiaco and ideally would like to be close to there, we also would like our our own ensuite or bathroom (although this isn’t a deal breaker). Our budget is flexible depending on the room and location.

We love the sanctuary of our home and are looking for an easy going space where we can relax and chill and also enjoy some time together as a group as well if we feel like it. We’re both laid back and love to explore, travel, and try new things - I also play netball and like to keep active and Dyl is in to sports and likes to follow and watch sport especially the NRL and also likes the beach and the outdoors!

We will be working full time and in the weekends will be spending time out and about in Perth and the surrounding areas. We don’t have any pets but we both love animals and would love any pet like our own! I would love a space either with a pool and gym etc or somewhere in close proximity.
