I am a 39 year old professional working in construction as Contracts Administrator. I am originally from the Czech Republic and have been living in New Zealand for the last 10 years.

I don’t smoke, I have active lifestyle (gym, crossfit, snowboarding, biking), I am super tidy and organised, respectful, keep for myself but also keen for good chat, movie and glass of wine.

Currently living in Newstead and would like to stay in the area but open to other areas for a good fit accommodation. I am looking for a room with own bathroom from the 1st of November 2026.
