I’m from Korea and will be working full-time as a nurse. I don’t have regular night shifts. I’ve lived independently in Korea and am used to taking care of my own home, so I’m tidy, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces.
I’m generally quiet at home and usually spend my free time studying, reading, or relaxing. I also respect other people’s privacy and like to keep shared areas clean and comfortable.
As I often study at home, I’m looking for a private room with a desk and chair. I’m happy with either a shared or private bathroom. I’d prefer a quiet, peaceful, non-smoking home where parties are not common, and I’m specifically looking for a female-only household.
I don’t have a car and don’t plan to buy one, so I won’t need a parking space.
I really love animals, but unfortunately I have a cat allergy, so I’d prefer a home without cats.
I’ll be available for inspections from 25 August onwards, and I’m looking to move in from 3 September onwards.
