Hi, I’m Sei, a 30-year-old Japanese guy moving to Brisbane on a Working Holiday Visa.

I have a background in IT and have been working on my own projects. I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m looking for a comfortable home where everyone can feel relaxed and respected.

I enjoy cooking, working out, traveling and meeting people. I’m generally easygoing and social, but I also value privacy and understand the importance of giving housemates their own space.

I’m financially prepared for my stay and reliable with rent and household responsibilities. I’m hoping to find a friendly and peaceful home for around 6 months, although I’m open to different arrangements depending on the place.

I arrived in Brisbane on August 24 and will initially stay in temporary accommodation while I look for a suitable long-term home. I’ll be available to inspect rooms in person and can be flexible with the move-in date.

I’m looking forward to settling into Brisbane and getting to know the city.
