I am a quiet, clean living single person who keeps myself to myself and likes to keep fit and healthy. I have many interests including sports and travel. I am low maintenance and easy going to live with, and while I am generally quite a private person, I also like engaging in some good friendly conversation with housemates when we have the time for it, and considering housemates as friends (I still keep contact with housemates from 20 years ago).
I have been sharing house in Australia for 20 years, although don't move around much, but I have good experience in sharing with people of all backgrounds, male and female, and I understand good housemate etiquette and how good communication is key to maintaining good housemate relations.
I am looking for a nice, clean, spacious and respectful home to share with other like minded housemates. I have a stable job in government and commute daily on public transport, so somewhere within reasonable walking distance to a train station or direct bus to work is what I'm after. While I would not be needing somewhere to park a vehicle, I do on occasion hire a vehicle and enjoy going on good road trips. Cheers.
