Current Situation:
I am currently homeless and would be looking at renting a room urgently as im currently living in a tent.
I am a 32-year-old university student.
I have children, but they do not live with me, so it will just be myself occupying the room.

Lifestyle:
I am easy-going, clean, tidy, and do not drink alcohol.
I am a cigarette smoker, but I always smoke strictly outdoors and respect communal spaces.
I also do not have any pets.

Interests: In my free time, I love fishing, listening to music, and chilling out with friends.
Because I don't drive, I tend to keep a simple, local routine.
