Hey there! My names Ben, Im a 28yr old guy currently living in Blackbutt with my sister but looking for a spot out on my own. I work at a gym in Albion Park and a bar on weekends in Sydney so usually not around Fridays and Saturdays. Otherwise I keep pretty busy catching up with friends, working out or playing a little golf here and there. I’m a very clean, tidy guy and just as happy keeping to myself as I am having a chat. I’m very laid back and respectful and having lived in share houses before, very aware of being respectful and keeping shared spaces tidy and organised.
