I’m a 30-year-old employed, single woman looking for a fresh start and hoping to find either:

• A large room with a private bathroom
• A studio or granny flat
• A long-term house-sitting opportunity

A little about me…

I’m employed, financially responsible, and happy to provide references. I live a quiet, low-key lifestyle and take pride in keeping my home clean, tidy and well looked after.

I’m currently rebuilding my life after leaving a relationship and am simply looking for a safe, peaceful place to call home. My focus is on work, personal growth and building a positive future.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading, going for walks, listening to music and podcasts, and spending time outdoors. I’m not a big partier or socialiser - I’m much happier with a quiet night in, a good book or Netflix, a block of chocolate and a cup of tea.

I’d love to find a home with friendly, respectful people who value open communication, kindness and consideration for one another. I believe everyone should pull their weight around the house and contribute to creating a calm, comfortable home.
