Looking for a long-term home 🏡

Hi! I’m looking for somewhere to call home long-term as of the end of September when i move to perth, Im on a Working Holiday Visa from the UK. I travelled around Australia last year and absolutely loved it, so I’m excited to come back and settle in for a while.

Looking for:

- 🏡 Long-term accommodation
- 💰 Up to $400 per week
- 🚭non smoking/ party home
- ⭐️ female only
- 🧹 Clean, safe and respectful home
- 🌿 Quiet/chilled lifestyle
- 🛏️ Privacy and personal space, while still friendly
- 📍 Open to the right location/property but not CBD. Ideally NOR

I’m a clean, respectful and reliable person who likes a calm and easy-going home. I don’t smoke or do drugs and I rarely drink, so I’m definitely not looking for a party house or somewhere noisy.I enjoy having my own privacy and downtime, but I’m also friendly and happy to socialise, have a chat, share a meal or do things together when we have things in common.

In my free time I love staying active — yoga, any excuse for a dance, gym, road trips and pretty much anything outdoors especially the beach.I’m also into arts and crafts, music and films, and I’m always up for trying something new. ☀️🐚💃🏻

Ideally, I’m looking for a safe, clean and comfortable home with friendly, respectful people and a chilled, hassle-free lifestyle. I’d love to find somewhere I can settle into and feel at home rather than constantly moving around.
