About me / what I’m looking for:

I’ve recently started working in Pinkenba and am looking for a quiet, furnished room that I can use a few days/nights each week around my rotating work roster.

I live permanently on the Sunshine Coast with my wife, so I’m not looking to move to Brisbane full-time. The room would mainly give me somewhere closer to work to sleep and shower between shifts, particularly when commuting home would significantly reduce my available sleep.

I’m a mature, responsible professional driver working a rotating roster with 1:00 am and 1:00 pm starts. Because I sometimes need to sleep during the day, a quiet room with air-conditioning and the ability to make the room reasonably dark would be ideal.

I’d prefer somewhere around Pinkenba, Eagle Farm, Hendra, Nundah, Northgate, Banyo, Virginia, Geebung or nearby, ideally within about 20 minutes of Pinkenba.

Ideally:
* Furnished bedroom
* Air-conditioning
* Quiet enough for occasional daytime sleeping
* 24-hour access due to shift work
* Parking
* Bathroom/shower access

Somewhere I can leave a small amount of clothing and work gear
Happy to consider a room that's otherwise sitting unused
I’m clean, quiet and respectful and would mostly be sleeping, showering and heading back to work, rather than treating the house as my main residence.

I’m particularly interested in a part-week arrangement at around $150–$200 per week, depending on the room and facilities, but happy to discuss something that works for both of us.
