Hey! I'm Laurin, 25 from Frankfurt, Germany. I'll be doing my semester abroad at Bond University from January to the end of April 2027, studying for my Master's in Real Estate. Back home I work in my family's property business alongside uni, so I promise I'll be a respectful tenant, I know both sides of the deal.
Outside of uni I'm all about the outdoors: beach days, getting properly into surfing while I'm here, gym and sports in general. I love cooking and I'm always up for a shared dinner or a BBQ. I enjoy a good night out too, but I keep the flat tidy and drama free. I did my bachelor exchange at UCLA, so I know how much great flatmates shape the experience, and that's exactly what I'm hoping to find here.
Looking for: a furnished room in Varsity Lakes, Robina or nearby from early January until end of April (flexible), ideally in a social household with students or young professionals. Happy to do a video call beforehand and inspect in person in the first week of January. Non smoker, no pets, references available.
