Lana

Hi, my name is Lana. I’m currently studying online at university while working as a barista and bartender. I’m originally from Germany and 19 years old. I have already lived in Australia for the past year and am planning to stay in Australia for at least another year, so I’m looking for a place to rent for at least 3 months, ideally 6 months or longer.

As I study online, having my own private and peaceful space is very important to me. I’m looking for a small apartment, studio or similar private rental. I don’t need anything large — I mainly value a clean, quiet and well-maintained home where I can comfortably study and enjoy a peaceful environment.

I’m a responsible, tidy and respectful person who takes good care of the place I live in. I’m a non-smoker, have no pets and have a regular income through my work.

Outside of university and work, I enjoy going to the beach, staying active and spending time with my boyfriend and friends. I’m looking for a comfortable home where I can settle in, feel at home and stay for a longer period of time.

Regarding the move-in date, I’m flexible and could move in from the beginning of October onwards. Ideally, I’m looking to move in around mid to late October.
