I am currently overseas throughout August and will return to Australia in the first week of September. My course begins on 14 September, and I am planning to move into Sydney around 11 September. I understand the property is available now, however I was wondering whether there may be an option to secure the room with a holding deposit or discuss any alternative arrangements until my arrival.
