Move-in date: next week (2 november)

Budget: Around $300 - $350/week including bills

About me: Super friendly, sociable, and clean. I love staying active and meeting new people. I work early mornings so I'm an early riser and early sleeper, keeping weeknights very peaceful! Always up for a chat or a morning coffee, while fully respecting everyone’s personal space.

Parking: Need a parking spot or easy street parking for my car 🚗
