Hi everyone, my name is Bowen Tang, and my English name is Leo. I’m originally from Guilin, Guangxi, China. I’m currently working in Australia in financial systems development and hold an Australian 482 Employer Sponsored Visa. I have stable employment and a stable income.

I’m an easy-going and responsible person with a regular lifestyle. I’m generally quiet, clean and respectful of the living environment. Outside of work, I mainly spend my time resting and exercising. I don’t smoke or disturb the neighbours, and I always take good care of the property and its facilities.

I’m looking for a clean and comfortable home where I can stay long-term. If the property is a good fit, I’m happy to maintain good communication with the landlord, pay the rent on time and look after the property carefully.
