Hey I'm Jackson, 33, and I run my own business from home, which means the house stays nice and quiet during the day, and there's always someone around to accept packages.

Here's my situation: As you know the perth market is awfully expensive for anything decently sized, I'm looking to team up with someone (or a few people) to land a bigger, nicer place around Scarborough, Doubleview or Stirling. I need two rooms one as a bedroom, one as my office, so I can cover up to $800/week of the split. If you can put in around $400, we could get something genuinely great together instead of settling for average. Open to multiple housemates too if the place is big enough.

About me: I'm social but pretty low-key over weekdays, mostly focused on growing my business and travel. For fun I'm into the gym, movies, producing/DJing music, I often spontanousely book flights and travel weeks to up to a month as well. I love a good catch-up or the occasional party, and honestly I'm hoping to find not just housemates but some genuine mates along the way.

I keep my spaces clean and tidy and only ask the same in the shared areas. Looking for people who are respectful, reliable with rent, and easy to live with.

I'll also be bringing my beautiful Irish Setter, Ahsoka. She's calm, friendly with other pets, no drool, no drama, she'll win you over in about five minutes. We'd just need a place with some kind of backyard for her (nothing crazy, just a patch for her to do her business).
