Hey, I’m Declan, I’m 31 and originally from the UK. I’m moving over on 30th October and looking for a place to live with some good people.

I’m friendly, easy-going and sociable, and always up for a laugh. I enjoy sport, especially rugby league and golf, going out for food and drinks, exploring new places and keeping active. I’m equally happy having a chilled night in watching a film or sport.

I’ve worked in gas engineering for most of my career and more recently moved into real estate while living in Dubai. I’m coming over for a fresh start, to work, meet new people and make the most of the experience.

I’m clean, respectful and easy to live with. I like a house that’s social and friendly, but I’m also respectful of everyone’s personal space and privacy.

Ideally looking for somewhere that feels homely, with flatmates who are sociable, relaxed and up for doing things together from time to time. I’m pretty easy-going and get along with most people.
