I’m looking for a 12-month lease and I’m ready to move in as soon as possible. It would just be myself living there, and I don’t have any pets.

I understand I don’t have rental references to provide at the moment, but I hope you’ll still consider giving me an opportunity. I’m a very clean, quiet and respectful person, and I take a lot of pride in keeping my home clean and well looked after. If you give me the chance, I’ll make sure I treat the studio with the same care and respect I would my own place.

I’m really hoping to find somewhere I can settle into and call home. I’m more than happy to answer any questions you may have or provide anything else that would help you feel comfortable with my application.
