Hi! I’m Anushka 😊

I’m currently in my final year of my Master’s and a psychologist by background. I work part-time alongside my studies, so I have a pretty busy schedule and am usually out and about during the day.

I’m a calm, friendly and respectful person and really value having a peaceful and comfortable home to come back to. I’m fairly independent, keep to myself when I’m busy, but I’m always happy to have a chat or go around.

I’m looking for a clean, quiet and respectful home with people who are considerate of each other’s space and routines. I’d ideally love an ensuite, but I’m completely comfortable sharing a bathroom with just one other person.

My budget is around $900–$1,200 per month, depending on what’s included, and I’d preferably like bills to be included. Being close to reliable public transport is very important to me — ideally within easy access to a train station or tram.

I’m hoping to find a place that feels like a peaceful home rather than just a room to rent, and hopefully meet some lovely people along the way!
