​I’m Dan, a friendly and quirky 26 year old looking to move to Kingston or Huonville (or surrounding suburbs) to be closer to my partner. I’ve been renting a small unit in the North West for the past 4+ years, so I have a solid rental history.

​Lifestyle: Introverted but social, minimalistic, tidy, and living a healthy, active lifestyle (I love running!).
​Interests: Politics, psychology, mental health, indie music, podcasts, and deep conversations.
​Employment & Finances: Having a break since late 2025 after working the best part of 6 years as a Disability Support Worker. I have a stable income, low stress, and plan to look for new work once I’m settled.
​Transport: I own a reliable car.

​What I’m Looking For

​Self-contained studio, granny flat, tiny home, or a quiet, respectful sharehouse/team-up. My budget is $350.00 a week, but is flexible for the right spot.

​⚠️Must-haves / Non-negotiables:

​Low-key, low-noise environment (non/minimal smoking, minimal alcohol, no/minimal/occasional partying).
​Standard amenities (no composting toilets requiring manual emptying).
​No noisy livestock/roosters nearby.

​My move-in date is flexible as I’d love to visit, get a feel for the space, and plan the move down smoothly.
