I’m a university student, so I’ll be out of the house quite often due to university and other commitments. I’m respectful of other people’s space, keep to myself and like to maintain a clean and tidy living environment. I’m looking for a clean, private and comfortable space in a safe area, preferably close to a train station. I’m also looking for a property that is well maintained and free from mould or damp issues.
