My name is Grant and I am a mature aged male looking for a Granny Flat, or a share house with other flatmates. I am a non smoker and am clean and reliable with the rent and bills. I work Monday to Friday with early morning starts.

The unit that I have been living in for the last 12 years has just been sold and I need to move.

I am clean, considerate, and respect other peoples quiet times and personal space. Looking to move in with similar people who are social but also like their own space. I also have a gym membership and spend lots of time at the gym.
