I’m moving from Spain to Sydney for 6 months to work at the Charles Perkins Centre, and I’m looking for a flat with good vibes and people who are keen to get to know each other and spend some time together whether that’s going out, exploring Sydney, having dinner together or just chilling at home and watching TV.
I’ve shared a flat in Barcelona for 5 years, so I’m used to living with other people. I’m tidy and clean, but I’m also easy-going and not someone who gets bothered by every little thing.
I’ll be doing a PhD, so I’ll definitely have a fair bit of work to do, but I’d still love to have a good balance and make the most of my time in Sydney. I’m sociable, respectful and always up for a chat, a beer, dinner together or making plans when there’s time.
I’m mainly looking for a place that feels a bit like a home rather than just a place to sleep, with flatmates who are friendly and enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s space.
