Hi, I’m Praneeth. I’m 27 years old, single, and currently relocating to Sydney for work. I work full-time as a Project Manager, and my project has already started in the Barangaroo area.
I’m looking for a clean and comfortable place to move into as soon as possible, preferably a studio, one-bedroom apartment, granny flat, or similar private accommodation. I’m a quiet, responsible and tidy tenant and would take good care of the property.
As I’m currently relocating to Sydney, an inspection is not mandatory for me at this stage. If the property looks suitable and everything is in order, I’m happy to proceed without an inspection and move in at the earliest possible date, ideally within the next week.
