Hello. I am Oliver Leak.

I'm 19 years old and I'm looking for a place I can call home in and around the inner-west area, which is close to family.

I'm currently working two jobs, usually between 30-50 hours per week, and am financially stable. I'm taking this year off study but hope to return next year.

I'm fairly quiet and like my own space. I don't smoke, party or drink much, and I'm respectful of other people's space.

I enjoy going to the gym, sculpting, drawing, reading, listening to history and having a few drinks with mates at the pub on the weekend. I also like chilling out on my PS5.

I am available to move in immediately and can pay bond upfront.
