Hi, I’m new to Perth, working full-time in construction and moving into FIFO work on a 2:1 roster. I’m looking for a clean, quiet and well-run home from around late October, ideally on a long-term basis.

What I’m Looking For:

• All-inclusive rent — electricity, water and gas included, with no surprise charges or unreasonable usage caps.
• Secure bedroom — preferably with a proper keyed lock.
• Wi-Fi — not required.
• FIFO-friendly — I’ll be away for around two weeks at a time but will continue renting and paying for the room while away.
• Quiet household — ideally working professionals, FIFO workers or adults with a similar lifestyle.
• Clean and respectful home — preferably not a party house and no young children or babies in the household.
• Parking — reliable off-street parking preferred.
• Fair terms — reasonable bond, clear notice period and a straightforward written agreement.
• Privacy — respectful of everyone’s space, belongings and downtime.
• Air-conditioned bedroom — particularly important heading into summer.
• Private mini-fridge — preferred, but not essential.

About Me:

I’m clean, quiet, respectful and easy to live with. I work full-time and generally keep to myself. Outside of work I’m usually at the gym or keeping busy with other activities.

I don’t smoke or use drugs, have no pets, and I’m single and independent. I’m tidy, considerate and respectful of other people’s space and privacy.

With a 2:1 FIFO roster, I’m particularly interested in a stable home where I can keep my room and belongings secure while I’m away, and have somewhere quiet to come back to, sleep properly and recharge between swings.
