Hi! I’m Maxence, 29 and I recently moved to Perth on a Working Holiday Visa.

I’m starting a full-time casual position as a Natural Area Technician in the environmental sector, working Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm. I’m looking for a comfortable place to call home, ideally around East Perth, Maylands, Bayswater, Guildford or nearby.

I’m friendly, easy-going and social, but also very respectful of other people’s space. I’m clean, organised and tidy, and I really value keeping shared spaces pleasant for everyone.

I enjoy cooking, exploring WA, spending time outdoors, meeting people and having a drink or dinner together from time to time. I’m definitely not looking for a party house, but I’d love to live somewhere with a friendly atmosphere rather than just sharing a roof!

I’ve previously lived abroad for two years in Ireland, so I’m very comfortable with shared living and multicultural environments.

I’m looking for a furnished room with good access to public transport, ideally somewhere I can settle for the next few months.
