I’m 26, originally from Melbourne and have been living in Sydney for almost 5 years. I work full time in Finance and work from home about 1-2 times a week. I’ve lived in a share house with up to 4 others for years so am used to sharing communal space and keeping my clean. I’m keen to find a homey space, always down for a dinner/pub/show together with housemates but also equally enjoy my routine and downtime. I do have a car to work with and will need a place with either a parking permit or car space available.
