A bit about me:
Background & Work: I’m 20 years old, currently on a Working Holiday Visa (valid until August next year) with a stable, regular job at a local Korean restaurant, so rent is always paid on time.
Lifestyle: I’m clean, tidy, a non-smoker, and don't drink. I respect communal space rules (especially keeping the kitchen and shared areas spotless). I'm also into fitness/sports and have a regular routine.
Cats & House Vibe: I absolutely adore cats, so I’d be thrilled to meet your friendly cat! I also love the social/warm vibe of the house (the BBQ area and shared space sound great).
