Gday!

I am a tour guide in my mid-30s who is moving down to Hobart for the summer tourism season. I am the perfect housemate in that I am hardly home due to being out for work for up to 6 days at a time. I am looking for a place to chill out on my days off and explore the surrounding areas. The party days are well in the rear vision mirror but don't mind the odd beer or two.

I have lived in share houses for the last decade or so and am very aware of the need to keep communal spaces tidy and respect personal spaces. I am laid back and am always looking for some sort of adventure/side quest to keep things interesting.
