ROOM / SUBLET WANTED — 1 MONTH | PERTH

Hey! I’m Angus, 26, from the UK 🇬🇧, and I’m looking for somewhere to live in Perth for around a month when I return from travelling Asia.

📅 Dates: 22nd October – 29th November (ideally ~5 weeks, but flexible around these dates)

💰 Budget: $250–350/week

📍 Ideal areas: Fremantle / Coogee / Cottesloe — basically anywhere near the beach! But I’m open to other areas too.

🏠 Looking for: Anything from a room in a share house to a granny flat — I’m very easygoing.

🚗 Must-haves: Furnished + somewhere I can park my car.

A little about me — I’ve been living in Perth for the last 8 months and work as a Stonemason. I’ve recently headed off travelling around Asia and will be back in Perth on 19th October.

I’m pretty social and love good company, but I’m also very happy doing my own thing. I’m into pretty much all music (anything from 60s rock to techno raves 🎸🪩), enjoy a few beers at the weekend, going to gigs, beach days, or just relaxing with a movie.

It would be great to find a social house with people who are up for doing things together, especially making the most of the beach ☀️🌊
