I am a single person, in late 40's, work long full-time hours and enjoy quiet downtime after work. I have the odd WFH day, on these days you probably wont see me much anyway, as I will be focused on work.

I am clean, tidy, friendly, respectful of others, belongings, boundaries and expect the same.

Happy to spend time having a chat, watch a movie, as housemates, but equally understand that not every interaction requires time into each others personal time and commitments.

On the odd occasion I will spend a night out with my young adult daughter or close group of friends.

I am looking for somewhere with off street parking and a little storage as a possibility.
I am a smoker, only ever outside.

Budget inclusive of bills as first preference, also happy to discuss other arrangements.

I clean up as I cook, remove rubbish and stay on top of contributing to a clean house.

I would love to find a place to settle as a longer term.
