I’m 22 and currently studying online, and I’m looking for a long-term place to call home from February 2027. My current lease ends in February, so I’m hoping to find somewhere with an actual lease and ideally stay for at least 12 months.

I’m pretty independent and naturally on the quieter side, but I’m definitely not a hermit 😂 I like having my own space while also being happy to chat, have a meal together or occasionally do something with my housemate. I’m respectful of other people’s space and like keeping the common areas clean and comfortable.

Outside of studying, I’m into cooking, music, poetry, ice skating, dancing and trying random activities — I’m usually either doing something creative, listening to Spotify or planning my next little adventure.

I’m not too fussed about the exact location as long as it’s reasonably close to a train line. I’ve mostly lived around Western Sydney but would also be happy to move closer to the city.

I have my own fridge and washing machine that I can bring, although I’m also happy to keep them in storage if they aren’t needed.
